    This contains the introductory chapters of Chronicles of Westeros, a guide for the Warcraft 3 map Roberts Rebellion. Within 1st & 2nd Chapter are descriptions of the base premise, setup, mechanics and layout of the map, while also including descriptions of all the different bases, upgrades, unit-types, spawns, heroes, naval forces, coronation events, creeps, terrain & resources. Further more it also consists of a guide to hotkeys & shared control + second-chance-bases & mercenaries-for-hire. Lastly it also has 10 core tips from the mapmaker Kaptajn_Snaps himself. These two chapters will be followed by 10 individual faction-specific guides which will be posted in the following weeks, so stay tuned

    The following file is the 4th Chapter in the series Chronicles of Westeros by me, Assassin88, about the map Roberts Rebellion by Kaptajn_Snaps. This chapter is a quick-to-read, but very detailed description of the colour BLUE "House Arryn" on Team Rebels. It covers the following topics: - A faction Overview - Imporant Events - Notable Buildings, Units & Items - Upgrade Priority - Heroes & Spell Priorities - Control Grouping at game start - Initial Tactics - Mid/Late-Game Tactics - Common Mistakes - Personal Advice/Comments/Tips The guide should be incredibly useful to any newcomer to the map, but would surely also benefit the more experienced player, even if they have played the map countless times. Lady Liadrin is a fairly offensive paladin, utilising the Retribution aspect of their order in WoW. LTA will try to reflect this by making her skillset focused on keeping allies from harm by destroying high-priority targets such as heroes or elites but also mixing a bit of Protection tree to reflect the strategy aspect of the game and the fact she cared about every individual within her order. His wisdom and insight allowed the Bronzebeards and the Wildhammers to flourish as a nation and create a powerful kingdom to the south of Lordaeron. He later on sacrificed himself in order to attune himself to Azeroth herself and become her spokesman as well as the first dwarf to reverse the curse of flesh and become an Earthen. In LTA Magni is a mix of support and buffs with a disgustingly powerful ultimate. This is going to change and Magni will focus entirely on tanking up, soaking damage and being disruptive. He will no longer buff allies but he'll become harder to kill. He also lost his innate ability, but will gain an item instead. He quickly rose to a rank of Kirin Tor Leader shortly after Dalaran's fall and orchestrated its return to glory. In LTA Rhonin was a mix of a destructive and supportive hero, featuring spells such as blizzard, elemental summons, wise council, frost armour and lightning storm as parts of his kit as well as the trademark ability of arcane shielding and arcane wrath, the latter being gained after delving into the secrets of Book of Medivh. This left him in a spot where he was all over the place and - in my opinion - made his design really weak (not power-wise) and uninspired. Liadrin will be a precursor and a total of 17 Faction Leaders will join her to pave the way for the rest of the roster. Today we're talking about none other than Kel'thu-freaking-zad. In current LTA Kel'thuzad acts primarily as the guardian of The Book of Medivh, protecting it from the claws of Nathrezim, while supporting his undead minions and necromantic brothers. While the former seems appropriate, the latter is disrespectful towards his fantasy as a merciless lichlord brimming with powers of ice and darkness. As such, he has been remade. Noth will take over the role of Cult's supportive hero. Kel'thuzad will not lose his ability to reincarnate into a corporeal form. The ghost form will gain +1 str/lvl which results in a 15% health increase. Here's the skillset: Attack Range: Ranged (600) Role: Disabler, Nuker, Support. Enemies within 225/250/275/300 AoE will be rooted for 2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds and take 30/36/45/50 damage per second, for a total of 60/90/135/175 damage. Duration is halved against Heroes and Elite Units. Replaces Wise Council. [E] Dark Ritual - 0 mana cost. 60/50/40/30s cooldown. Radius: Single target for activation, 400 AoE for shockwave. Cast Range: 350. DAMAGE TYPE: Magical Kel'thuzad taps into the chosen friendly undead creature's shadowy energies. Restores 25/50/75/100% of creature's current health as mana and 3.75/7.5/11.25/15% of its current health as hit points for Kel'thuzad and releases a burst of shadow energy out of its corpse, dealing 80/110/140/175 + 100% of Kel'thuzad's Intelligence as damage to enemies and silencing for 3/4/5/6 seconds.
