The New Music Thread. Right Wing Regime begins. KPOP degeneracy banned

Recommended Posts

I'll start with some oldies but goodies. Nothing on earth can match the raw talent and creativity of late 60s/early70s Pink Floyd.

First is the raw, primordial energy of this rendition of Careful with that Axe Eugene. Nothing can match the energy and intensity, the Fender Strat searing through the archiac sound of a Farfisa Duo Compact, armed with an echoplex, setting the atmosphere with somber melodies. Then comes Roger's scream, and then the explosion. This song created modern metal. All instruments working together to their own ends, creating focused, fractal beauty. out of this world.

AGGRESSION! RAGE! (danny carey is a god. best drummer NA)

Tribal drum patterns, metal, unique grooves, polyrhythms. badass shit here.

Tool in general is badass. Spiritually incline, unique, edgy, immense musical talent.

I never knew you were so conservative with your music Feanor.

I still think Chopin can manage more feeling with one instrument than most classical composers could with an orchestra.

Arvo is great as well. Minimalistic but beautiful.

You should spend more time on the forums then...

I do love Chopin but as for feeling, I don't know. I also like Bach quite a bit.

Not really my cup of tea, though his talent is not to be denied.

I don't know whether Beethoven is left, right or centre but I do love me some of this.

Beethoven always struck me as a libertarian.
