I've been cooking a Pork Shoulder Blade Boneless roast the equivalent of 4/12 pounds.

Been Crocking it for 8 hours took it out and the water (Tried keeping most of the meat juices) dumped ketchup, Crunched Smoked Bacon, Chopped Onion, BBQ sauce Smokey Flavour and Crunched Pepper in for the last 45mins.

So Diplo do any of you Crock pot?

Throw pounds of meat in there turn on and come back to the most delicate, tender meats you could lay your tongue on.

I just fry potatoes, with eggs, and sausage, lots of salt and black pepper, and I'm done.

I've used a Crock Pot or Slow Cooker once or 1000 times. Try doing ribs and chicken in them. Throw some onions in as well.

I like to wait for the 8 hour process then throw the sauce/onions in, its what I did for my pulled pork. Ribs is pretty fucking awesome in that thing as well except oven bake them with a sauce at the end.

Wife and I are currently making a chuck roast in my dutch oven. If you have the money and want to kick your slow cooked dishes to the next level, I strongly recommend it; it results in a less wateriness and more sauciness. I may write up a recipe and share.
